Due to the digital nature of IPTV services, Flazic.com applies a strict refund policy.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered if:
- The service is activated instantly 1-5 hours after payment
- A technical issue caused by Flazic.com cannot be resolved within 24–48 hours
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The IPTV service has been activated or used
- Issues are caused by the user’s device, internet connection, ISP, or VPN
- The customer changes their mind after purchase
- A free trial or promotional offer is used
- The user violates our Terms & Conditions
